Our machining services are a direct supporting integration to our design and development process, but are also available as a standalone service.
The focus is on prototype and early-stage work, where speed, flexibility, and cost matter most. From simple plates and brackets to functional prototypes and one-off components, the goal is to get parts made quickly without overcomplicating the process. Instead of defaulting to standard stock sizes and heavy machining, jobs are approached creatively, using off-the-shelf materials, minimal operations, and practical design tweaks to keep costs as low as possible.
We're also able to rework your existing parts. Did you make a small design change in a machined plate that's just an addition of a pocket and some holes? Rather than having to order a whole other part, just send us your existing piece and we can rework it for a fraction of the cost of something new.
CNC Machining
Small-format CNC machining for prototype plates, acrylic test cards, fixtures, brackets, adapters, and functional components.
TYPICAL USES
Monolithic plates, fixture parts, brackets, adapters, acrylic cards
AVAILABLE MATERIALS
- All CNC materials are ordered on a per-project basis
SLA Printing
High-resolution stereolithography printing for fluidic prototypes, clear components, and detailed parts that need a solid, smooth finish.
TYPICAL USES
Fluidic prototypes, parts with abstract, abnormal or impossible-to-machine geometry, heat resistant tools
AVAILABLE MATERIALS
- Standard materials: PLA, PETG, PC, ABS, ASA
- Fiber reinforced: PLA-CF, PETG-CF, ABS-CF, ASA-CF
- Elastomeric: TPU 85A, TPU 90A
- Additional materials available
FDM Printing
Engineering-grade additive printing for durable prototype parts, fixtures, tooling, housings and rapid design iterations.
TYPICAL USES
Fit checks, rapid prototypes, structural components (depending on filament),
AVAILABLE MATERIALS
- Formlabs White
- Formlabs Black
- Formlabs Clear
- Formlabs Silicone 40A
- Formlabs Rigid 10k
- Additional materials available
Part Rework/Modification
We're also able to rework existing parts. Did you make a small design change in a machined plate that only needs an added pocket, hole pattern, or small feature update? Rather than ordering a whole new part, send the existing piece and we can evaluate whether it can be modified for a fraction of the cost of making something new.
